Furniture and decor lists are organised by the piece rather than the room: wood furniture, chairs and seating, tables and desks, lamps and lighting, rugs, mirrors, wall art, indoor plants and green corners, hand-painted and artisan pieces. The lists help when a room is nearly done and one thing is missing. Each photo comes with a note on scale and placement — the height of a lamp, the size of a rug — so the piece works once it is home.
