In my opinion, the decor is the area where surrealism can be seen in the best way in modern design. House Beautiful often urges homeowners to experiment with decor in order to create a story in their home. I could not agree more; these details make the surrealist idea come to life so that the room does not feel like it is styled but rather curated.
To this part, I would also add bold lighting such as chandeliers with unusual shapes or floor lamps with organic shapes. These would increase the surrealist effect and bring the whole design together.
